Tutorconnect is a website that aims to connect ambitious students looking to capitalize on their abilities with peers that are seeking help in class. The website will feature a ranking system where tutors accumulate reputation points in specific subject areas determining their hourly wage. Tutors pay a small initial fee and simply post the subjects area(s) they want to work with. Students would surf an organized catalog of tutors to find the right help. The website will also feature an advanced videochatting client to help the tutor target a students needs more directly in each subject area.
