The IT Entrepreneur Network (ITEN) is an operating entity of Innovate St. Louis, a 501c3 not for profit corporation. The mission of ITEN is to help launch successful IT ventures by connecting entrepreneurs to needed resources, or providing those resources if they're not already available in the community. ITEN focuses on 4 or 5 key programs that provide remarkable and unique value to start-up ventures. ITEN is run by serial entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Please visit the website, www.itenstl.org for additional information.

Here are some of ITEN's interesting programs and services:
1) A search engine for entrepreneurs to find tech-savvy mentors with a particular expertise.
2) A Mock-angel program to train companies for successful investor presentations to VC and angel groups.
3) A Beta Program to train companies for successful presentations to large corporate target customers, and to network them with executives in local Fortune 1000 companies.
4) Investor Speed Dating enabling selected ITEN companies to present 2-minute pitches to multiple investors at one event.
5) Start Up Connection, linking technology start-ups with recently displaced IT workers for potential management additions to the new venture.
6) Elevator pitch competitions with coaching by successful serial entrepreneurs.
ITEN arises from the need for a focused effort to leverage our considerable IT talent and marry it with our region's considerable un-tapped and unrecognized entrepreneurial intelligence.
